iDigital.Agency ("iDigital", "we") is the trading name of Eli Badran, a business based in Haifa, Israel. Contact: eli@idigital.agency.

This policy covers two things: this website, and the business app we use with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) to manage our clients' Pages and advertising. For this website, we decide how your data is used. For our clients' Meta accounts, the client decides, and we handle the data on their instructions.

What we collect. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. Our hosting and security providers also keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser). The site runs no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies.

How we use it. Only to read your message and reply. It reaches us by email, through our email provider Resend. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to any list.

What it is. "iDigital.Agency - Agency API" is an internal tool. Only iDigital uses it, to do the work our clients ask for on their own Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts and Meta ad accounts. It has no public sign-up and no "Log in with Facebook".

What it can reach. Only the Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts a client has shared with iDigital in Meta. Within those:

• posts, photos and videos the client publishes;
• comments and messages sent to the client's Page or Instagram account, including the name and public profile of the person who wrote them;
• performance statistics for the Page, its posts and its ads;
• the ad account's campaigns, ads, audiences and budgets.

How we use it. Only to carry out the client's instructions: publish and schedule posts, reply to or hide comments, show the client the messages they receive, report results, and create and manage ads.

What we never do. We don't sell this data, use it for our own marketing, or build profiles of individuals. We don't share it with anyone except the client it belongs to and the service providers below. We don't use it to train AI models.

Service providers. Cloud hosting, email and software tools (including AI-assisted tools) process data for us, only on our instructions. Some of them store data outside Israel.

How long we keep it. For as long as we manage the account for the client. When a client stops working with us, or when Meta asks us to, we remove our access and delete the Meta data we hold for that client. Records the law requires us to keep are the exception.

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Write to eli@idigital.agency. You may also complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.

Our Meta app has no login and creates no user accounts. To have your data deleted:

1. Email eli@idigital.agency with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us your name and the Facebook Page or Instagram account you interacted with. Clients: name your business.
3. Within 30 days we delete every copy we hold and confirm by email. If your data sits on a client's Page, we also pass your request to the Page owner, who controls their Page.

Clients can end the app's access at any time by removing iDigital as a partner in Meta Business Settings, or by asking us.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
